Equipment Description

The RF-5800H-MP is an advanced High Frequency (HF) radio which operates from 1.6MHz to 29.9999MHz using skywave modulations (Upper Sideband [USB], Lower Sideband [LSB], Continuous Wave [CW], Amplitude Modulation Equivalent [AME]) with selectable low (1 watt), medium (5 watts) and high (20 watts [10 watts FM]) output power. RF-5800H-MP operates from 20.000MHz to 59.9999MHz in Frequency Modulation (FM). Communications can take place with manpack, mobile and fixed-site radio configurations.
